Thefts, Burglaries

Walla Walla Police

  • 500 block Boyer Avenue. Wallet and identification stolen from locked car.
  • 1000 block Frankland Street. Bicycle stolen from yard on Monday.


Walla Walla Police

  • Birch Street and Second Avenue. 11:43 a.m. Wednesday. Driver backed from angle parking into a car at the stop sign.

Fire, Ambulance runs

Walla Walla Fire Dept.

  • 1804 E. Isaacs Ave. 12:21 a.m. Outside rubbish, trash or waste fire.
  • 77 Wainwright Drive. 3:32 p.m. Wednesday. Smoke detector activation, no fire, unintentional.


Walla Walla Police

  • Leonard R. Throne, 53, 512 S. Second Ave. Wednesday. Charge: investigation of driving under the influence.

Dept. of Corrections

  • Jason E. Dalton, 25, 249 Tausick Way. Wednesday. Charge: investigation of DOC violation.


Walla Walla Police

  • 600 block East Alder Street. Vehicle vandalized, rear window broken, dents and scrapes on left rear fender, trunk, lid and hood.

Columbia County Sheriff

  • 700 block South Fourth Street, Dayton. Vandalism reported.
