WALLA WALLA -- An agreement to provide library services to residents outside Walla Walla city limits will be before the Walla Walla County Library District board Tuesday.
The board will meet at 5 p.m. at the district's service center, 37 Jade St.
Under the agreement, the library district will pay the city of Walla Walla $188,408 in 2010 to extend library services now available to city residents to suburban residents and property owners.
Other agenda items include discussion of a newly revised county investment policy, branch library reports and the 2009 progress report for the statewide Early Learning Public Library coalition.
