WALLA WALLA -- A honey of a club is being organized by the WSU-Walla Walla County Extension.
Due to interest generated from a basic beekeeping class held last fall, a beekeeping club is now being formed. The first meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at the county extension office, 328 W. Poplar St.
Anyone with an interest in bees or beekeeping is welcome to attend. People do not have to have a bee colony to participate and all ages are welcome. Information is available from John Fouts at 524-2685 or e-mail fouts@wsu.edu.
