- PERSONNEL: Hired Karene Gonzalez as temporary para-educator at Green Park, Karene Gonzales and assistant secretary of special programs, and Monique Morris as temporary para-educator at Sharpstein. Accepted resignations from Nancy Withycombe as principal of Edison Elementary after 13 years, and Lorelie Moothart as health clinician at Edison. Unanimous.
- BILLS: Approved payment of January bills for $1,052,402.26 from general fund; $509,627.64 for capital projects; and $39,750 for associated student body. January payroll was $3,810,550.87 and February estimated payroll is $3.8 million. Unanimous.
- IMPREST: Rescinded Life Skills General Fund imprest for $300, and established Families in Transition General Fund Imprest for $1,000. The money goes to help homeless children with immediate basic needs. Unanimous.
- TECHNOLOGY: Approved 2010-13 state-required Technology and Learning Plan. Unanimous.
