Thefts, Burglaries

WW Police

  • 200 block South Third Avenue, alley. Vehicle battery and a window air conditioner stolen.


WW Police

  • 500 block Poplar Street. 3:54 p.m. Wednesday. Driver pulled up to an address and the top of the truck caught on a tree and became wedged. Tow truck needed to extract the truck. No injury reported.
  • Rose and Kenwood streets. 4:43 p.m. Tuesday. Driver failed to yield to another vehicle, causing collision. No injury reported.
  • Sunset Street and Lodge Drive. 3:42 p.m. Wednesday. Driver failed to yield right-of-way at uncontrolled intersection.
  • 900 block East Isaacs Avenue. 5:33 p.m. Wednesday. Driver stopped for people in a crosswalk and was rear-ended.

Umatilla County Sheriff

  • Highway 11, Milton-Freewater. 3:06 p.m. Thursday. Motor vehicle crash, non-injury, reported.


WW Police

  • Tyler Wayne Kentch, 22, 83879 N. Main St., Milton-Freewater. Today. Charge: investigation of driving under the influence.


WW Police

  • 800 block Alvarado Terrace. Tuesday. Graffiti on utility pole.
  • 100 block West Alder Street. Vending machine damaged.
