Activities offered daily at The Center at the Park, 720 Sprague Ave., include pool and cards from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. A complete listing of centeractivities, classes and health and welfare programs may be found in the center's monthly newsletter. The annual center membership fee, $12 per person, includes a subscription to it. Spanish is spoken at the Center. Adult day care is provided at the Adult Day Center 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday. For information, call Mike Johnson at 509-527-0771.

Senior Round Table luncheons are served weekdays at noon. For information, call 509-527-3775. Bread and milk are served with all meals and a salad bar is available Monday-Friday. The menu is:

Monday: Baked ham, green beans, sweet potatoes, roll, peaches.

Tuesday: Breaded chicken patty with gravy, peas, mashed potatoes, bread, fruit cobbler.

Wednesday: Beef barley mushroom soup, coleslaw, fruit juice, biscuit, applesauce and cookie.

Thursday: Salisbury steak with brown gravy, spinach, mashed potatoes, roll, fruited Jell-O.

Friday: Lentil loaf, corn, green salad, bread, fruit cobbler.

Lunch is served at Waitsburg Presbyterian Church, 504 Main St., Waitsburg on Tuesdays. Home-delivered meals are available. Questions: Call 509-527-3775

Milton-Freewater and Weston seniors can enjoy hot lunches and socialize at the senior centers in Milton-Freewater and Weston. Activities are offered 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesdays and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Fridays at the Milton-Freewater Senior Citizens Center, 311 N. Main St. Hot lunches are served at noon on Tuesdays and Fridays. Bingo is 1 p.m. every Tuesday and pinochle is 7 p.m. every Friday.

The Weston Senior Citizens Center on Main Street is open for social time and a hot lunch is served at noon on Wednesdays.

The suggested donation is $3.50 for meals for those 60 and older or children under 8; and $6 for those 59 and younger. Bread and milk are served with all meals. This week's menu for Milton-Freewater is:

Tuesday: Country fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, Jell-O salad, peas and carrots, hot roll, Banana cream pudding, milk.

Friday: Potato bar: baked potato with chili and toppings, tossed salad, pickled beets, bread, cake and ice cream, milk.

The menu for Weston this week is:

Wednesday: Ham slices, scalloped potatoes, cole slaw, stewed tomatoes, bread, scalloped pineapple.

Seniors of the Blue Mountains and Walla Walla Valley offer a meal at noon Thursdays in the Milton-Freewater Community Building, 109 N.E. Fifth Ave. Hot rolls and milk are served with every meal. The suggested donation is $3. The menu this week is:

Thursday: Baked ham with pineapple, potatoes and gravy, carrots, salad, dessert, hot rolls.
