• Washington State Penitentiary in Walla Walla, 1313 13th Ave. Investigators report one inmate attacked a cell mate Friday, 8:38 a.m. Report said suspect, Daren D. Davis, allegedly attacked Thomas L. Foster, possibly with a razor-type weapon. Foster treated for various cuts and abrasions to head and body at penitentiary medical facility.

• 200 block of Tausick Way, Wednesday, 11:48 a.m. Two-vehicle, noninjury, rear end.
• 900 block of West Rose Street, Thursday, 11:07 a.m. One-vehicle, noninjury. Vehicle slid off road and struck farm parked equipment.

• Marshall Donnelly, 28, a Washington State Penitentiary employee who was injured in a fall on Tuesday, remains in serious condition at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
