  • David Allan Brown, 54, 322 N. College Ave., College Place, was sentenced Dec. 16 on one count residential burglary. The court dismissed one other count. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $102.80 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 90 days in the county jail, credit for 85 days served, 12 months community custody. On Nov. 20, Brown pleaded guilty to entering and remaining in a dwelling with intent to commit a crime against property on Sept. 22.
  • Daniel A. Lindt Sr., 53, 1801 Clark St., was sentenced Dec. 18 on one count second-degree burglary and one count residential burglary. The court dismissed two other counts. The sentence included restitution of $677.06, $200 in court costs, $229.90 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 25 months in the custody of the Department of Corrections, credit for 11 days served. On Dec. 17, Lindt Sr. pleaded guilty to entering or remaining in a building with intent to commit a crime against a person or property therein on or about Aug. 14 and on June 13.
  • Douglas James Leroy Deshazer, 23, 720 Wilson St. was sentenced Dec. 28 on one count attempted second-degree assault. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $126.70 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 365 days in the county jail, credit for 59 days served. On Dec. 28, Deshazer pleaded guilty to attempting to cause an assault to another be creating apprehension of harm by brandishing a knife sufficient to cause fear of bodily injury though he did not inflict any harm, on or about Oct. 30.
  • The court dismissed two violation of Uniform Controlled Substances Act charges against Leopoldo F. Corrrales for reason that the state may not be able to prove each element beyond a reasonable doubt.
