DAYTON -- Jury selection is to begin this afternoon in the trial of two men and a woman accused of raping a 16-year-old girl in September.
Benton-Franklin Superior Court Judge Vic VanderSchoor will preside over the trial. He was appointed at the request of defense attorney Charles Thronson.
The trio was arrested in November. They are Trisha Elaine Gatlin, 37, 201 S. Fourth Street, Dayton; Kyle Cunnington, 19, 908 Martin Drive, Walla Walla, and Skyler Glasby, 21, 1116 S. Third St., Dayton.
Gatlin is being tried on three counts of second-degree rape (accomplice), one count indecent liberties and two counts of unlawful imprisonment.
Glasby is charged with one count of second-degree rape and two counts of unlawful imprisonment.
Cunnington faces two counts of second-degree rape and two counts of unlawful imprisonment.
The crimes are alleged to have occurred at Gatlin's home.
