We need Valley Transit for seniors, the disabled and students. Valley Transit also eases the need for more parking downtown.
I'm not fond of raising taxes but Valley Transit is needed in the Walla Walla area. I'm going to vote yes to raise the sales tax 0.3 percent to save the Valley Transit system. It is only 3 cents on a $10 purchase, a very small amount to save the Valley Transit system.
