  • Patricia M. Esquivel, 17, 314 Princess St., was sentenced Jan. 8 on one count fourth-degree assault. The sentence included 20 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for five days served, six months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Dec. 24, Esquivel pleaded guilty to, under conditions not amounting to first-, second-, or third-degree or custodial assault, assaulting a human being on Sept. 4.
  • Jacquelyne Reyes, 15, 300 Trimball Road, was sentenced Jan. 8 on one count minor in possession and or consuming liquor. The sentence included 10 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, six months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Dec. 24, Reyes pleaded guilty to knowingly acquiring, possessing or consuming liquor while under 21 years of age on May 10.
