- Leases: Review and authorize mayor or city administrator to enter into lease agreements for folder-inserter and postage meter.
- Firefighter grant: Authorize expenditure of Assistance to Firefighters grant to upgrade dispatch radios to meet federal requirements.
- Lift station: Authorize execution of engineering agreement with Keller Associates, Inc., for upgrade of wastewater lift station on South College Avenue. Amount not to exceed $20,300.
- Whitman Drive: Update on Whitman Drive project.
