  • Thomas Everett Massey, 49, 418 Lakeview Drive, Burbank, was sentenced June 28 on one count each harassment, fourth-degree assault, driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and second-degree driving with license suspended. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $138 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $1,971 DUI fine, 365 days in the county jail, 275 days suspended, credit for 10 days served. On June 24 Massey pleaded guilty to threatening harm to another, making physical overtures of assault to another, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor but with a blood level less than .15 and driving a motor vehicle while his license was suspended, on April 30.

  • Debbie Lynn Clark, 44, 343 Catherine St., was sentenced June 21 on one count each violation of Uniform Controlled Substances Act-possession of cocaine and complicity to third-degree theft. The court dismissed one other count. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $123.20 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $1,000 violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act fee, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 each crime lab and biological fees, 30 days in the county jail, credit for 11 days served, 19 days converted to Department of Corrections work crew, 12 months community custody. On April 12 Clark pleaded guilty to knowingly aiding or abetting another to wrongfully obtain or exert unauthorized control over property of another of a value not exceeding $750 with intent to deprive the owner of the property and to unlawful possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, on March 4.

  • Grant Cutler Cobb, 29, 100 S.E. Sixth St., No. H, College Place, was sentenced June 18 on one count violation of Uniform Controlled Substances Act-possession with intent to deliver morphine. The court dismissed seven other counts. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $71.10 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $1,000 violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act fee, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 each crime lab and biological fees, 16 months in the custody of the Department of Corrections, 16 months community custody. On May 17 Cobb pleaded guilty to unlawfully possessing morphine with intent to deliver it on Sept. 2.

  • Matthew Owen Hastings, 51, 10246 Mill Creek Road, was sentenced June 17 on one count resisting arrest. The court dismissed two other counts. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $178 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, 30 days in the county jail, credit for 16 days served, 12 months probation. On June 17 Hastings pleaded guilty to intentionally preventing or attempting to prevent a peace officer from arresting him on or about April 9.
