  • Cody R. Gore, 16, 310 S. 10th Ave., was sentenced June 18 on one count each third-degree theft and violation of Uniform Controlled Substances Act-possession of drug paraphernalia. The sentence included 60 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 41 days served, 12 months community supervision, 30 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs, restitution of $2.17. On June 4 Gore pleaded guilty to wrongfully obtaining property from Walmart with intent to deprive them of the property and to unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia used to introduce a controlled substance into the human body on Feb. 8.
  • Mason D. Johnson, 17, 1820 Evergreen St., was sentenced June 18 on one count each minor in possession and or consuming liquor and violation of Uniform Controlled Substances Act-possession of less than 40 grams marijuana. The sentence included 60 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 10 days served, 12 months community supervision, 30 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On June 4, Johnson pleaded guilty to consuming alcohol while under age 21 on March 26 and to possession of less than 40 grams of marijuana on April 7.
  • Alex Feucht, 17, 807 S.E. Tamarack St., College Place, was sentenced June 18 on one count contempt (truancy). The sentence included 20 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for nine days served, six months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On June 4 Feucht pleaded guilty to disobeying a lawful court order to attend school between Jan. 20 and March 4.
