Council members are Kevin House, Orville Branson, Marty Dunn, Karl Newell and Scott Nettles. Mayor is Walt Gobel. With all present Wednesday the council:
- POLICY: Passed resolution adopting public records disclosure policy. Unanimous.
- LAW ENFORCEMENT: Approved contract through 2012 with Walla Walla County Sheriff's office. Vote was 4 to 1, with Nettles voting no.
- DANGEROUS BUILDINGS: Instructed city attorney to update current dangerous building abatement.
- STREET DAMAGE: Approved ordinance related to damage to streets due to overweight vehicles. Unanimous.
