Joshua K. McPherson, 16, 527 S. First Ave., was sentenced July 2 on one count each third-degree theft and minor in possession and or consuming liquor. The sentence included 15 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, six months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On June 18 McPherson pleaded guilty to, with intent to deprive the owner, taking beer from a story and drinking alcohol while under age 21 on Feb. 6.
Jeffrey R. Duquette Jr. 17, Walla Walla Juvenile Justice Center, was sentenced July 2 on one count minor in possession and or consuming liquor. The sentence included 52 weeks in a DSHS facility, credit for 48 days served, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On April 19 Duquette pleaded guilty to unlawfully possessing alcohol while under age 21.
Alexandria N. Paul, 16, 904 S.E. Birch Ave., Apt. A, College Place, was sentenced July 2 on one count fourth-degree assault. One other charge was dismissed. The sentence included 30 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 30 days served, 12 months community supervision, 150 hours community service. On June 18, Paul pleaded guilty to under circumstances not amounting to first-, second-, third- or custodial assault, assaulting another on March 3.
