  • Lauren M. Elmenhurst, 21, 2047 Lark Drive, was sentenced July 12 on one count of complicity to assault in the third degree. The sentence included restitution to be determined, $200 in court costs, $73.90 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 30 days in the county jail, credit for one day served, 29 days converted to Department of Corrections work crew, 12 months community custody. On July 12, Elmenhurst pleaded guilty to assaulting someone by means of a weapon on Aug. 23.

  • Kristina Marie Matthews, 34, 613 W. Birch St., was sentenced July 12 on two counts fourth-degree assault. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $138 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, 365 days in the county jail, credit for 179 days served, 12 months probation. On June 29 Matthews pleaded guilty to assaulting two people in a degree not amounting to first-, second-, or third-degree. on Oct. 14 and Nov. 3.

  • Cameron C. Cole, 21, 144 Whitman St., was sentenced July 12 on one count third-degree assault. The sentence included restitution to be determined, $200 in court costs, $35.50 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 45 days in the county jail, 25 days converted to Department of Corrections work crew, 24 months community custody. On July 6 Cole pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman, negligently causing substantial bodily pain, while not acting in self-defense on June 12, 2009.

  • Octovio Vicente Chaves, aka Edwin Torres, 34, was sentenced July 12 on one count third-degree assault. The sentence included restitution to be determined, $200 in court costs, $62 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 83 days in the county jail, credit for 83 days served, 12 months community custody. On June 28, Chaves pleaded guilty to striking another in the face with a power washer hose nozzle on April 20.

  • Andrew S. Loughlin, 26, 201 McAulif St., No. 2, was sentenced July 13 on one count disorderly conduct. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $107 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, 90 days in the county jail, 38 days suspended, credit for 52 days served, 12 months probation. On July 13, Loughlin pleaded guilty to using abusive language and intentionally creating a risk of assault and intentionally obstructing vehicle or pedestrian traffic without lawful authority on or about May 22.
