- Michael A. Ramos, 15, 617 N. 11th Ave., was sentenced July 9 on one count each minor in possession and/or consuming liquor and third-degree theft. The sentence included 60 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 28 days served, 12 months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On June 30 Ramos pleaded guilty to taking merchandise not exceeding $750 in value from Safeway on June 12.
- Mario A. Corona, 17, 410 Sprague St., was sentenced July 9 on one count obstructing a public servant. The sentence included 30 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 21 days served, 12 months community supervision, 30 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On June 25 Corona pleaded guilty to hindering police officers in discharge of their official duties on April 7.
- Lance B. Leroue, 17, 716 Main St., Waitsburg, was sentenced July 9 on one count contempt. The sentence included 30 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 11 days served, 12 months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On June 25, Leroue pleaded guilty to disobeying a lawful court order to attend school from January 20 to February 4.
- Gustavo Torres, 14, 467 N.E. Carrie Court, College Place, was sentenced July 9 on one count possession of a dangerous weapon. The sentence included 10 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, six months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On June 25 Torres pleaded guilty to possessing brass knuckles on Jan. 28.
