Wilda Belle Buerstatte
May 20, 1915 ~ July 8, 2010
Wilda was a prize winning dancer, poet, and humorist. This wonderful lady danced three days a week until she was ninety-three years old.
Born in Post Falls, Idaho to Bill and Laura Hite, she was preceded in death by a brother King Hite and sisters Louise Mirabell and Marge Price. Her husband John, a Boeing executive, passed away in 1983, shortly after retiring after 41 years with the company.
She is survived by her son Larry Buerstatte and his wife Sharon (Maple Valley, WA); granddaughter Lynn Kenyon (Craig, MT) and her children Captain Rachel Beatty, Blake Kenyon and Alexandra Kenyon; grandson Bradley Buerstatte (Issaquah, WA) and his wife Renee and their sons Nick and Steve; granddaughter Molly DuPuy (Auburn, WA) and her husband Woodrow and their children Olivia, Hope and Bradley; grandson Michael Buerstatte (Seattle) and his son John; a brother-in-law Joe Maestretti (Walla Walla, WA) and many nieces and nephews.
Wilda loved life and everyone loved her.
A graveside service was held July 12 at Mountain View Cemetery in Walla Walla, WA.
