Council members are Kevin House, Orville Branson, Marty Dunn, Karl Newell and Scott Nettles. Mayor is Walt Gobel. With all present Wednesday the council:
- BUDGET: Passed an ordinance amending the 2010 budget. The amendment added $3,000 to the budget from water and sewer for a debt payment later in the year for the West Fourth Street water line. Unanimous.
- CODE: Passed an ordinance updating municipal code to allow five working days for a non-sufficient funds check to be paid before utilities are shut off. Previously the ordinance allowed two business days. Unanimous.
- MEETING SITE: Discussed whether to move council meetings back to Ye Town Hall now that the hall has reopened. No decision was made.
