ACTHA trail ride to benefit Equine Protection Program


WALLA WALLA - The American Competitive Trail Horse Association (ACTHA) and the Human Society of the United States Equine Protection Program are sponsoring a trail ride June 13 to benefit rescue horses. All proceeds from the ride will benefit the Equine Protection Program.

The event aims to make a mark in the Guinness Book of World Records as the largest ever trail ride. Thousands of riders across the United States are due to ride for the cause that day.

The Walla Walla ride starts at the U.S. Forest Service trail at Andes Prairie Sno-Park. For more information, contact George Ehmer at (509) 520-7725.
