THEFTS, BURGLARIES



WW Police

100 block Eagan Street. Toyota Camry stolen.

00 block Newell Street. Purse and contents stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

800 block Catherine Street. Bicycle stolen from back yard.

300 block North Seventh. Residential burglary interupted.

25 W. Alder Street, parking lot. 1:05 a.m. Saturday. Two men struck a vehicle with a shovel causing window breakage, scratches and dent. Officers noted two other vehicles had been prowled with one of those receiving a broken windshield. A CD player, a stereo and a case of beer was taken from those vehicles. The suspects were arrested.

WW County Sheriff

100 block Columbia Road, Burbank. Residence burglarized. A drill, reciprocating saw and tool tote stolen some time during past week.

CP Police

200 block Northeast Schnabel Lane. Saturday. Burglary attempted, window screen removed and another partially off. Entry was not gained.

MF Police

Dollar Store, 175 S. Main St. Merchandise stolen.

900 block Lamb Street. Saturday. Jewelry reported stolen.

Umatilla County Sheriff

North Franklin Street, Weston. 2:29 p.m. Saturday. Burglary reported.



COLLISIONS



South Ninth Avenue and West Birch Street. 9:08 p.m. Saturday. Driver pulled out from stop sign, struck a vehicle in the intersection, causing it to roll.

Poplar Street and 12th Avenue. 1:09 p.m. Saturday. Two vehicles collided in intersection.

500 block North Ninth Avenue. Saturday. Parked vehicle struck by unknown vehicle.

CP Police

Southeast Vintage Way and Southeast Eighth Street. 9:25 a.m. Saturday. Vehicle had backed out of driveway and started to move forward when struck by a vehicle backing from driveway across the street.

WW County Sheriff

Highway 12 and Last Chance Road. 12:04 p.m. Sunday. Two-car collision.

Columbia County Sheriff

Turner Road, milepost 11.5, Dayton. 2:09 p.m. Saturday. Single-vehicle crash. No injury, alcohol may have been a factor.

100 block Weinhardt Road, Dayton. 9:35 p.m. Saturday. Single-vehicle crash, non-injury.

John Thomas Owen, 18, 511 Chase St. Saturday. Charge: investigation of first-degree robbery.

Brett Lowell Baker, 29, 135 Union St. Sunday. Charge: investigation of second-degree assault.

Fausto Diaz-Lara, 19, 53066 Appleton Road, Milton-Freewater. Sunday. Charge: investigation of second-degree assault and harassment.

MF Police

Angelina Marie Kinsey, 31, 708 Huckleberry Loop. Sunday. Charge: investigation of hindering prosecution and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

U.S. Highway 12 and Last Chance Road. 12:04 p.m. Sunday. Two-car collision.

Hart and Lower Waitsburg roads. 3:55 p.m. Sunday. Single-vehicle crash, a 62-year-old man taken to Providence St. Mary Medical Center.

1400 block Highland Road. 8:01 a.m. Sunday. Microwave oven on fire.

U.S. Highway 12 and Last Chance Road. 12:04 p.m. Sunday. Vehicle went off the road.



VANDALISM



WW Police

1800 block Delmont Street. Windshield damaged.

300 block South Fourth Avenue. Friday. Retaining wall spray painted.

00 block East Chestnut Street, alley. Windshield smashed on pickup truck. Owner of the truck confronted a man down the alley while holding an axe, threatening to break his windshield if he confessed to breaking the pickup windshield.

100 block Sand Ridge Way, Prescott. Three tires punctured.

Umatilla County Sheriff

Stateline and Umapine roads. Saturday. Criminal mischief reported.
