MILTON-FREEWATER - Milton-Freewater Municipal Golf Course will play host to the Milton-Freewater Invitational Scramble Saturday and Sunday.
The course will close to public play at noon Saturday, with public play resuming on graduated tee times after 4:30 p.m.
On Sunday, an 8 a.m. shotgun start will close the course, which will re-open at 12:30 p.m. on graduated tee times.
And from next Monday through June 17, the course will host the A.J. Beard/Jay McClure Memorial Junior Golf Clinic. Hour-long clinics will be at 9 a.m. for youth ages 7-12, and at 10 a.m. for ages 13-17. Cost is $10.
