CLACKAMAS, Ore. -- A Walla Walla man was arrested near here Sunday after police found $12,000 worth of marijuana in his car.
An Oregon State Police trooper stopped Pisteo P. Kasala, 24, on Interstate 205 around 2:30 a.m. in connection with speeding and failing to maintain travel in a single lane.
About 5 pounds of marijuana were found in the trunk of Kasala's 2005 Chevy Cobalt, police said. A handgun also was in the car.
Kasala was arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession and distribution of marijuana and unlawful possession of a firearm.
