WW Police

1800 block Plaza Way, reported Friday. Resident reports a firearm taken from her residence by an acquaintance in last few weeks.

800 block North Eighth Avenue, June 18. Resident reports prescription pain medication taken, possibly by acquaintance.

assaults

WW Police

1100 block West Elm Street, 2 p.m. Saturday. Witness observed three young men jump another man who was walking with his girlfriend in a parking lot. Victim asked not to press charges and was not seriously injured. The three suspects, ages 16, 17 and 18, taken into custody.

collisions

WW Police

1500 block Plaza Way, 9:58 a.m. Friday. Vehicle driven by Lisa Porter, 21, of Copeland Lane, struck vehicle driven by Jerold Cook, 79, of Rancho Villa. Cook taken to Providence St. Mary Medical Center with reported back pain.

WW County Sheriff

Lower Waitsburg Road at Ferris Road, 8:30 p.m. Friday. Ronald B. Howard, 51, of South Second Avenue, ejected from his motorcycle after losing control following a curve in the roadway. Taken to Providence St. Mary Medical Center where his injuries were found to be minor and alcohol detected in his system.

Nicandro Garcia Lara, 23, 3 Elizabeth St. Apt. O, Milton-Freewater, Saturday. Charges: investigation of failing to comply.

William L. Helm, 19, 1501 N. Elizabeth St. Apt. K, Friday. Charges: investigation of unlawful use of motor vehicle, first-degree theft and first-degree criminal mischief.

WW County Sheriff

Eduardo Miranda Salazar, 18, 809 N. Ninth Ave., Walla Walla, Friday. Charge: investigation of failing to comply.

Department of Corrections

Daergan E. Guy, 38, 1081 Boyer Ave., Walla Walla, Friday. Charge: investigation of probation/supervision violation.

John E. Stearns, 54, 21495 E. Highway 12, Waitsburg, Friday. Charge: investigation of probation/supervision violation.

Troy A. Pesina, 32, 1809 Melrose St., Walla Walla, Friday. Charge: investigation of DOC violation.

vandalism

Garrett Packing, 11 N.W. Fourth Ave. Graffiti located.

200 block Lamb Court. Richland resident reports her vehicle window broken while parked at location.

WW County Sheriff

County Court House, 315 W. Main St. A 17-year-old boy was detained after using berries to make a gang-related tag on concrete at the front of the court house. The crime was witnessed by a Department of Corrections officer.
