VACANCY: Consider applications by Delphine Bailey and Jim Cooper to fill a vacant Council seat.
RECYCLING: Consider request by Columbia County Public Works to place recycling containers on city-owned property behind 179 E. Main St.
POOL: Consider request by Blue Mountain Counseling to use the Dayton swimming pool for a summer recreation program.
