Ciera M. Christensen, 21, 454 Christensen Lane, was charged March 2 with two counts of possession of a stolen firearm and one count of second-degree possessing stolen property. Christensen is accused of knowingly possessing, carrying, delivering, selling, being in control of, receiving, retaining, concealing or disposing of two stolen rifles; and knowingly receiving, possessing or disposing of stolen property on Nov. 13.
Gabriel Lee Bercier, 21, 1557 Truman St., was sentenced March 1 on one count violation of Uniform Controlled Substances Act-possession of methamphetamine. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $62 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 crime lab fee, 240 days in the county jail, 30 days converted to Department of Corrections work crew, 12 months community custody. On Feb. 16, Bercier pleaded guilty to unlawfully possessing methamphetamine on Aug. 1.
Robert C. Johnson, 21, 11 Francis Drive, was sentenced March 1 on one count third-degree possession of stolen property. The sentence included restitution of $5,120 with the rest to be determined, $200 in court costs, $34.10 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, 365 days in the county jail, credit for 14 days served, 24 months probation. On Oct. 12, Johnson pleaded guilty to knowingly receiving, possessing or disposing of stolen property, knowing it was stolen, on Dec. 11.
