COLLEGE PLACE -- The city Planning Commission will hold a public hearing Tuesday on a request to place wind turbine at Sager Middle School.
The commission will meet at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 625 S. College Ave.
The school is requesting a conditional use permit for a wind turbine. Planning commissioners will also honor Thor Bakland for his years of service as a planning commissioner and city mayor.
