TOUCHET -- Touchet School Superintendent Dan McDonald has accepted the superintendent position at Soap Lake, and will leave Touchet School District at the end of June.
McDonald is in his sixth year at Touchet.
Soap Lake School District is a little bigger than Touchet, but the community is similar, McDonald said.
McDonald has family in Spokane, and he will be closer to them at Soap Lake, he said.
