Nicholas C. Krenzler, 20, 114 N.W. 11th Ave., Milton-Freewater, was sentenced March 22 on two counts second-degree burglary. The court dismissed four other counts. The sentence included restitution of $2,124.11 paid jointly with other defendants, $200 in court costs, $82.70 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 90 days in the county jail, 90 days converted to Department of Corrections work crew, 24 months community custody. On March 8 Krenzler pleaded guilty to entering stores in Dixie and Prescott to steal July 26.
Hannah M. Ureno, 21, 227 S.E. 11th St., College Place, was charged March 23 with violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, third-degree possessing stolen property, and second-degree theft. Ureno is accused of unlawfully possessing hydrocodone on March 16; knowingly possessing, receiving, retaining, concealing or disposing of $317.73 worth of stolen merchandise belonging to Wal-Mart on March 16; and wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over a credit card on March 21.
