Port of Columbia board to discuss railroad right of way

DAYTON -- Port of Columbia commissioners will hold a special meeting Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Port main office, 1 Port Way.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss special considerations for railroad right of way. Commissioners will discuss sample documents for crossing easements, as well as implications of easements for buried cable along the right-of-way.
