  • Codi Power, 16, 31 E. Walnut St. was sentenced April 30 on one count contempt-truancy. The sentence included 10 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, six months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On April 12 Power name pleaded guilty to disobeying a lawful court order to attend school between Nov. 18 and Dec. 16.
  • Chris M. Crump, 17, 122 Cascade Drive, was sentenced April 30 on one count making a false statement to a public servant. The sentence included 39-42 weeks in a Department of Social and Health Services facility, credit for 15 days served, 12 months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On April 15 Crump pleaded guilty to giving a false name to a law enforcement officer on March 5.
  • Salvador Pantaleon, 16, 1107 W. Chestnut St., was sentenced April 30 on one count taking a motor vehicle without owner's permission. The sentence included 30 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 30 days served, 12 months community supervision, 30 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs, fine of $100. On April 15 Pantaleon pleaded guilty to taking, driving or voluntarily riding in a vehicle without permission of the true owner, knowing the vehicle was stolen on March 12.
