Grace Christian Center to present Jonathan Welton

WALLA WALLA - Grace Christian Center, 49 Wallula Ave. Suite A, will present Jonathan Welton of Jonathan Welton Ministries at 7 p.m. Friday as well as at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Saturday.

Welton is the author of "The School of the Seers." Friday the focus will be on restoring the gift of discerning of spirits. Saturday morning the focus will be on the imagination, spiritual senses, three levels of sight and four types of spirits; and the evening's focus will be on how to worship in spirit and in truth.

Village Seventh-day Adventist women to have Spring Brunch

COLLEGE PLACE - Women's Ministries at the Village Seventh-day Adventist Church, 715 S.E. 12th St., will host a Spring Brunch 9 a.m.-noon, May 16, in the church fellowship room. Susan Patzer will speak. Patzer helps people feel secure about the future by remembering how God has led in the past. Her presentation, "Once Upon a Time," focuses on her own experiences.Patzer has a degree in elementary education from Atlantic Union College and has served in youth and women's ministriesleadership roles in the Pacific Northwest.
