- ALTERNATIVE: Approved alternative education program, which applies to Pleasant View School. Unanimous.
- DONATIONS: Accepted six donations, including $200 from Barbara Coddington for Central music programs; $20 from Blue Mountain Welding for Grove's carnival; $64 for Hodgen Benefit Fund; and about $75 in goods from La Colmena, La Poblana and Albertsons for Grove carnival. Unanimous.
- BID: Awarded low bid of $553,423 to Walla Walla Electric to upgrade lighting throughout the district. Money for the project comes from a Department of Energy grant. Unanimous.
- HIRE: Approved hiring Heidi Talbert as special education teacher at Central Middle School. Unanimous.
