Myron Meiners


July 2, 1939 - May 14, 2010

Myron (Myke) Edward Meiners died at his home in Ashland, Ore. Born in Walla Walla to Rudolph and Bernice Meiners, he grew up on the family farm on Spring Creek Road. He graduated from Walla Walla High School and married Roberta Whitely. He and Roberta farmed in the Mesa area and later moved to Connell, where he ran an upholstery business. He later moved to Ashland, Ore., and opened an upholstery business there with his daughter, Sandra.

Myron is survived by his wife, Roberta at the home; daughters, Patty, Sandy and son-in-law Dale; one son, Darin, and daughter in-law, Velma; six grandchildren; sisters and brothers in-law, Barbara and Ray Davidson and Thelma and Larry Lewis.
