Wa-Hi principal among finalists for job in Clarkston

Walla Walla High School principal Darcy Weisner is among three finalists for the superintendent opening in the Clarkston School District, according to news reports.

Weisner has made the top cut of superintendent finalists for the second time in recent weeks. He was also one of the three top candidates for the superintendent job in the Deer Park School District. The job eventually went to one of the other candidates.

Weisner is joined by Robert Clark, superintendent of Cascade School District, and Marcus Morgan, superintendent of Chewelah School District as finalists, reports the Lewiston Tribune newspaper.

Weisner and the other candidates will be in Clarkston June 2 for meet-the-candidate sessions with the public. The finalists will then interview with the Clarkston School board on June 3, the paper reports.
