1100 block West Rose Street. 10:19 a.m. Thursday. A vehicle stopped to turn left was struck from behind.

200 block Bush Street. 2:58 p.m. Thursday. A vehicle pulling out of a parking lot struck a vehicle in the street.

3300 block Mill Creed Road. 6:30 p.m. Thursday. Vehicle struck deer.

Roger VanPoucke, Dayton. Charge: investigation of second-degree assault.
