- Daniel A. Lindt, 30, Washington State Penitentiary, was sentenced Oct. 20 on one count second-degree burglary. The court dismissed four other counts. The sentence included $5,703.47 restitution, $200 in court costs, $25 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, 33 months in the custody of the Department of Corrections. On Oct. 20 Lindt pleaded guilty to entering a building with intent to steal property on Oct. 27, 2009.
- Erik S. Kessack, 21, East Puyallup, Wash. was sentenced Oct. 25 on one count second-degree taking a motor vehicle without permission and violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act-possession of methamphetamine. The sentence included restitution of $210, $200 in court costs, $119.10 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 each crime lab and biological fee, 24 months in the custody of the Department of Corrections, credit for 98 days served, 12 months community custody. On Sept. 28 Kessack pleaded guilty to taking and driving away a vehicle without permission and unlawfully possession of methamphetamine on July 19.
