  • Edgar R. Cantu-Rodriguez, 28, 740 N. 12th Ave., was charged Nov. 8 with harassment and with fourth-degree assault -- domestic violence. Cantu-Rodriguez is accused of knowingly and unlawfully threatening to injure a police officer, and assaulting a person on Nov. 7.

  • On Oct. 25 the court dismissed charges against Janelle L. Locati of Walla Walla, as the state may not be able to prove each element beyond a reasonable doubt.

  • On Oct. 27 the court dismissed charges against Carissa C. Cole of Walla Walla for reason the state may be unable to prove each and every element of the crime beyond a reasonable doubt and the victim did not wish to pursue the case.

  • On Oct. 27 the court dismissed charges against Amanda Leanne Patton of College Place for reason the state may be unable to prove each and every element of the crime beyond a reasonable doubt and the victim did not wish to pursue the case.

  • Mark J.A. Baumann, 53, address unavailable, was charged Nov. 5 with violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Baumann is accused of knowingly or intentionally obtaining or attempting to obtain lorazepam by forgery or alteration of a prescription or any written order on Nov. 1.

  • Cesar E. Ruiz, 25, 614 S.E. Mockingbird Drive, College Place, was charged Nov. 5 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Ruiz is accused of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine and using drug paraphernalia on Oct. 8.

  • Cesar E. Ruiz, 25, 614 S.E. Mockingbird Drive, College Place, was charged Nov. 5 with two counts of residential burglary. Ruiz is accused of unlawfully entering or remaining in two dwellings with the intent to commit a crime on Oct. 3.
