Longtime Walla Walla resident, Rose Marie Stevenson, 95, died November 7, 2010, at Washing- ton Odd Fellows Home, 534 Boyer Avenue, Walla Walla, Washington.

Rose was born March 22, 1915, in Port Angeles, Washington, to Carl and Margaret Leyh Wade. She graduated from Angeles High School in 1933. In 1935, she and Leon Buckner were married. Due to his occupa- tion, they lived in several Washington cities, settling in Yakima for twenty years where she was a bookkeeper. Upon Mr. Buckner's retirement, they moved to Kailua, Hawaii in 1967; later returning to Walla Walla where Mr. Buckner passed away in 1973.

In 1978, Rose married Eiler Stevenson. He passed away in 1983.
Rose is survived by a nephew, John Washburn of Honolulu, Hawaii; a niece, Nancy Petrilla of Tucson, Arizona and a great-niece, Kelly. She was preceded in death by her twin sister, Ruby Washburn.

At her request, private inurnment was held in Blue Mountain Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriner's Hospital or a charity ofdonor's choice through Mountain View-Colonial DeWitt, 1551 Dalles Military Road, Walla Walla,
