WALLA WALLA -- Tickets will be sold for a raffle to benefit the Vineyard Soup Kitchen will take place from 2:30-5:30 p.m. Saturday, Sunday and Monday at a table set up at Walmart.
A quilt valued at $140, made by Verna Watson, will be raffled. Tickets are $2. The raffle will be held Dec. 12 at Vineyard Free Methodist Church, 343 S. Third St.
The soup kitchen provides free soup-and-bread lunches from noon-1 p.m. each Wednesday and Friday at the church.
