PRESCOTT -- The Walla Walla County Rural Library District board will hold a budget hearing today in Prescott.
The board will meet at 5 p.m. at City Hall, 108 S. D St. A regular meeting of the board will follow the budget meeting.
Punkey Adams, district executive director, will make a presentation on the proposed 2011 budget after which public comments will be taken.
