Ninth Avenue and Main Street. 11:38 a.m. Monday. Driver failed to stop at red light and struck another vehicle in intersection.

Umatilla County Sheriff

Sunquist Road, Milton-Freewater. Hit-and-run collision, with no injury.

Joshua D. Martindale, 19, 579 Gose Road. Tuesday. Charges: investigation of forgery and third-degree possession of stolen property.
