New Joy Foursquare Church to present concert Saturday

Central Christian to hold breakfast with Santa Saturday

WALLA WALLA - Central Christian Church, 66 S. Palouse St., will hold breakfast with Santa Claus, 9:30-11 a.m. Saturday. ickets are $8, and may be reserved by calling the church, 509-525-1950.

St. Paul's Episcopal slates First Thursday concert

WALLA WALLA - St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 323 Catherine St., will hold a First Thursday concert, 12:15 p.m. Thursday.

A string quartet from Walla Walla University will perform. The program last about 40 minutes.

Donations are accepted and are given to the charity of the performers' choice. For further information, call Tanya at 509-529-1083.

Assumption Catholic Church fair trade sale, breakfast set

WALLA WALLA - A breakfast and sale of fair trade goods will be 9 a.m.-noon Dec. 5 in the hall of Assumption Catholic Church's parish hall, 2098 E. Alder St. Fair trade chocolate, tea, weavings from Guatemala and handicrafts will be available.

Breakfast is $6 per adult, $3 per child, and $20 per family. Proceeds will benefit the local food bank and emergency flood relief in Solala, Guatemala. Call Claire Valente, 509-529-1768.

Grace Christian Center to host Healing Rooms training

WALLA WALLA - The next training to facilitate the Walla Walla Healing Rooms will be at Grace Christian Center, 49 Wallula Ave., Suite A.

Training will take place from 6 p.m. -9 p.m. Dec. 10 and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Dec. 11.

There is no cost for the training, but training is required to work in the Healing Rooms.

The Father's House to show ‘The Nativity Story' Dec. 10

WALLA WALLA - The Father's House, 304 N. Second Ave., will show "The Nativity Story" at 7 p.m. Dec. 10. There is no charge.
