Thefts, Burglaries


WW Police

1000 block South Second Avenue. Tuesday. A locked bicycle stolen.



Assaults


WW County Sheriff

Sandpit and Touchet-Gardena roads. 9:09 p.m. Thursday. Three vehicles pulled up alongside an annual event associated with Touchet High School homecoming and fired shots from what appeared to be airsoft weapons. One student in the event was struck in the eye and taken to the hospital.



Collisions


WW County Sheriff

State Route 124, milepost 5. 3:42 p.m. Thursday. A vehicle stopped for traffic making a left turn and was struck from the rear and pushed into the oncoming lane. It was then struck head on by another vehicle and rolled.

100 block Bruce Street, Waitsburg. 8:47 p.m. Sept. 14. A parked vehicle was backed in to by another vehicle.

Frog Hollow west of Valley Chapel roads. 7:28 a.m. Thursday. A 13-year-old bicyclist was struck by a vehicle that failed to stop. The bicyclist received a possible broken ankle and cuts.

Washington State Patrol

State Route 124, mile post 5, 10 miles east of Pasco. 3:48 p.m. Thursday. A vehicle stopped for traffic making a left turn and was struck from the rear and pushed into the oncoming lane. It was then struck head on by another vehicle and rolled. A passenger in that vehicle, Jeremy Horat, 31, of Eltopia, Wash. was dead at the scene. The driver, Tiffany Schoenle, 23, of Eltopia, was flown to Kadlec Regional Medical Center with injuries.

Nicholas A. Tucker, 24, 1955 Whitman St., Thursday. Charge: investigation of driving under the influence.

MF Police

Cassandra L. Morreira, 19, 109 S.E. Ninth Ave. Thursday. Charge: investigation of unlawful possession of Methamphetamine.

Richard Forrest Oakes, 23, 1110 Lamb St., No. 4. Thursday. Charge: investigation of fourth-degree assault felony domestic and harassment.



Fire, Ambulance runs



WW Fire Dept.

Jefferson Park. 3 p.m. Thursday. Extricate a child stuck in swing. There were no injuries.

511 N. Second Ave. 8:36 p.m. Thursday. Sprinkler activation. No fire found. Helped with water evacuation caused by sprinkler activation.

743 Lewis St. 8:49 p.m. Thursday. Small structure fire which was put out before arrival.



WW Ambulance


Valley Chapel and Frog Hollow roads 7:31 a.m. Thursday. Car struck bicyclist. A 13-year-old boy transported to Providence St. Mary Medical Center.

Frog Hollow and Valley Chapel roads. 7:31 a.m. Thursday. Car struck bicycle in hit-and-run collision.



Vandalism

Hidden Treasures, 104 E. Main St. Graffiti on sidewalk.

1200 block Bonsella Street. Two windows broken on a parked vehicle.

1100 block Bonsella Street. A parked vehicle was damaged.

1200 block West Pine Street. Monday. Words scratched into the hood of a parked vehicle.

100 block Third Avenue, Burbank. A truck was keyed.
