ATHENA - Weston-McEwen's volleyball team continued its stellar season with another victory Thursday, dropping Enterprise at home 25-9, 25-13, 25-13.
The TigerScots were led by seven kills and two blocks from Haley Freske, six kills from Tiffany Cain and five kills from Morgan Entze.
"We served well," said Weston-McEwen head coach Shawn White. "It was a very consistent effort from our whole team."
Weston-McEwen was paced by 21 aces, including eight from Renee Bauman and five from Jaymie Zimmerman. Katy West added two kills.
"Obviously, 21 aces were a huge part of our game," White said. "That really helped us be efficient."
The win improves Weston-McEwen's record to 14-1 overall and 4-0 in league play. The TigerScots are slated next for a double dip against Pilot Rock and Irrigon in Elgin Saturday.
