I would like to take this opportunity to endorse Bridie Monahan Hood for the position of District Court judge -- part time.
Bridie was raised in Walla Walla and she has practiced law in town since 1996. She has extensive experience in our court system and is respected by her peers, local law enforcement and local judges.
She is active in the community while raising her children and working as an advocate for families. Bridie has recently completed a statewide attorney training for service as a pro tem judges in District and Municipal courts. For the past 14 years she can be found in our local courts twice a week. Bridie would be a smart and strong addition to our District Court.
