  • Justin Lee Robert Frame, 23, 1303 E. Sumach St. was sentenced Oct. 4 on two counts violation of Uniform Controlled Substances Act-delivery of marijuana. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $51.60 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $1,000 violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act fee, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 crime lab and biological fees, 24 months community custody, credit for one day served. On July 12 Frame pleaded guilty to unlawful delivery of marijuana on Nov. 24.
  • Miguel Angel Saucedo, 19, 236 Tausick Way, was sentenced Oct. 4 on one count violation of Uniform Controlled Substances Act-possession of methamphetamine and one count carrying of a loaded firearm in a vehicle. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $62 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $1,000 violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act fee, $100 biological fee, 44 days in the county jail, credit for 44 days served, 12 months community supervision. On Sept. 20 Saucedo pleaded guilty to unlawfully possessing methamphetamine and a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle without a concealed weapon permit on Aug. 21.
  • Chance E.P. Wilder, 18, 30 N.E. Rose St., was sentenced Oct. 4 on one count each third-degree assault, second-degree criminal trespass and one count third-degree theft. The sentence included restitution to be determined, $200 in court costs, $62 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 365 days in the county jail, 300 days suspended, credit for 69 days served, 12 months community custody. On Sept. 20 Wilder pleaded guilty to, under circumstances not amounting to first- or second-degree assault, caused bodily harm to another person by means of a weapon or instrument or thing likely to produce bodily harm; and unlawfully entered a fenced residential yard and stole medical marijuana belonging to another person of a value not exceeding $750, on July 27.
  • Kelli L. Randow, 19, 733 Wallowa Drive, was sentenced Oct. 4 on one count taking a motor vehicle without permission. The sentence included restitution to be determined, $200 in court costs, $90.40 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 30 days in the county jail converted to Department of Corrections work crew, 12 months community custody. On Sept. 7 Randow pleaded guilty to taking a motor vehicle belonging to another and intentionally driving away knowing it was unlawfully taken on Jan. 23.
  • Chelsie Paige Silva, 19, 2011 Cookerly St. was sentenced Oct. 4 on four counts violation of Uniform Controlled Substances Act-delivery of marijuana. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $70 witness fees, $228.20 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $1,000 violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act fee, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 crime lab and biological fees, 12 months and one day in the custody of the Department of Corrections, On Aug. 23 Silva pleaded guilty to delivery of marijuana on March 16, 20, 25 and 30.
