CHENEY, Wash. - Mac-Hi and Weston McEwen participated in the Dry Side Shoot-Out at the Eastern Washington University campus Saturday.
The TigerScot boys were led by Jacob Christopher, who finished sixth in 19:23, and Daniel Winn, who crossed the tape in 20:32 to place 15th in a field of 71.
Danielle Hinchcliff was the lone Tigerscots girl, finishing 22nd place at 25:49.
Mac-Hi, which ranked third as a team on the boys side, saw several strong performances. Lucas Simpson finished the race in third place with a time of 18:18, closely followed by John Lonai in 4th with a posting of 18:31. David Caramena, Jesus Saldana and Jose Esperanza all also placed in the top 20 for Mac-Hi.
