The Walla Walla County Rural Library District board meet Tuesday in Touchet.
The meeting will begin at 2 p.m. at the Touchet Library, 161 Hansen Road.
Items on the agenda include a review of the board's by-laws and the trustee recruitment process, a discussion of the 2011 budget and an update of an update on a planned new storefront library. An executive session will also be held in regards to personnel performance and real estate.
Before the meeting, trustees will attend the Walla Walla Valley Early Learning Coalition luncheon at the Marcus Whitman Hotel & Conference Center.
